WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship your order daily before 2 p.m. Central Standard Time, except on Sundays. We use USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail. Customers may also qualify for Free Shipping on eligible first order or during a Free Shipping offer indicated on the website. The date of shipment will show upon checkout. The regular delivery date for First Class Mail or Priority Mail runs 3 to 8 business days.

SLOWER DELIVERY TIMES

Customers may experience slower delivery times due to unforeseen events such as storm, disaster, pandemic, or during the holidays when there is a high volume of packages and mail. Spekaspaus team will send each customer notification via email and or a message via the website.

Spekaspaus and KAS Global Ventures, LLC offer international shipping at an additional handling cost. Spekaspaus uses DHL or UPS for international shipping. International shipments outside Canada and the 13 Continental U.S. are subject to our standard policy and an extra $40.00  non-refundable handling cost. Spekaspaus and KAS Global Ventures are not responsible for additional custom clearance charges.
